LCA has a consulting team drawn from Asia and the West. As a team we have many years experience in managing and improving supply chain operations in Asia. The team has skills varying from the most hands-on operational to complex forecasting and mathematical optimization skills.
John has over 20 years experience in the logistics industry, the last 11 years being spent running operations and consulting in Asia. John has held senior logistics positions at Mayne Nickless and Diethelm. His consulting clients include DHL, GlaxoSmithKline, Heinz ABC, Linde and Maersk.
John holds a masters degree in Logistics from Cranfield University in the UK and an Arts degree from the University of London.
Li Wah has over 14 years experience in logistics systems and operations and supply chain consulting. She leads many of our operational improvement and systems implementation assignments - placing a heavy focus on people development and the sustainability of the solution, and has delivered projects for Danone, Nestlé, Lufthansa / Air China and TNT.
Li Wah holds a degree in Logistics from RMIT in Australia.
Gareth’s specialises in the use of rigorous fact-based supply chain analysis, modelling and simulation to identify supply chain improvements suited to the individual needs of clients. He has 20 years experience in industry and consulting, including roles and projects with Beiersdorf, Exxon Mobil, Nestlé, Tesco, Unilever and Wal*Mart.
Gareth holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Logistics from Cranfield University - where he remains the top graduate since the course foundation.
Nigel is a logistics and supply chain professional with 25 years experience, with more than 15 years experience in Pan-Asia. He has held several senior global, regional and country positions at Maersk Logistics, TNT Logistics and Mayne Logistics. He fulfilled various roles, spanning leadership, general management, change/ project management, operations management, business development, client management and sales management.
To complement his work experience, Nigel has completed logistics and marketing post graduate studies, respectively completed at the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney.
George is a logistics professional with proven tracked record in business development, solution design and project implementation. George’s key strengths lie in his excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problem solving. He is able to offer clients creativity in solution development, underwritten by 6 years practical experience in Asia, working with leading companies in the development of their strategic, operational and technical capabilities.
George holds an MSc in Supply Chain and Logistics management from National University of Singapore and an MSc in Industrial and System Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
